By accessing or using TWIXX HUB ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TWIXX HUB provides a key system and script management platform for Roblox developers. Our services include key generation, verification, script hosting, and related tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
  • One person may not maintain more than one account
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems
  • Use the Service for any illegal or fraudulent purposes
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Circumvent or manipulate our key system or security measures
  • Resell or redistribute keys without authorization
  • Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the Service
  • Impersonate any person or entity

5. Script Guidelines

Scripts hosted on TWIXX HUB must comply with the following:

  • Must not contain malicious code or backdoors
  • Must not violate Roblox Terms of Service
  • Must not be used for scamming, phishing, or fraud
  • Must not infringe on copyrights or intellectual property
  • Must not collect personal information without consent

We reserve the right to remove any script that violates these guidelines without notice.

6. Keys and Verification

  • Keys are provided for personal use only unless otherwise specified
  • Keys may be bound to a specific hardware ID (HWID) for security
  • Keys may have expiration dates and usage limits
  • Sharing, selling, or distributing keys without authorization is prohibited
  • We reserve the right to revoke keys for any violation of these Terms
  • HWID bans may be issued for abusive or fraudulent behavior

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TWIXX HUB and TheGrandeRoom and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any scripts you create and upload, but grant us a license to host and distribute them through our platform.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TWIXX HUB AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which should survive termination shall survive.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the United States.
